Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee

Ledger is free to use, and gifts are voluntary. Even so, we offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee on every gift. If you change your mind, gave the wrong amount, or gave by mistake, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date and we will honour it.

How to request a refund

Gifts to Grubby Garb are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with the receipt email you received, or send us a message from the About page and we will arrange it for you.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Paddle normally processes them within a few business days, and your bank may take a little longer to show the credit.

After 30 days

We will still look at later requests case by case and try to help. You can also read Paddle's own refund policy, which applies to all orders alongside this one.
